ENTRY REQUIREMENT
The entry qualification to train for two years Certificate programme ranges from the attainment of BECE or JSS III to form V (five) or the SSS III. However, for certain skills training areas, such as Tailoring, Masonry, Carpentry, etc applicants with standards lower than the ones mentioned above may be considered. To gain admission to the two-year National Diploma Programme, every applicant is required to have 3 WASSCE or GCE „O‟ levels, including Mathematics and English, The National Technical Certificate programme applicant is required to have a pass in BECE. Applicants who do not possess this qualification may opt for the SAIDAC/AITI Certificate programme. The admission requirement for the intensive training programmes is flexible. Persons with little or no previous knowledge may apply for training in courses at the SAIDAC/AITI intensive Programme.
